First Course:
• Shrimp and crab chowder
• Beef potstickers with soy ginger glaze and Chinese chives
Second Course:
• Field spring greens with grape tomatoes, sweet potato sticks, saint andre cheese and hot
buttered pine nuts
• Spring mix bundle wrapped with flank steak, caramelized onions and drizzled with
balsamic syrup
Third Course:
• Grilled spring lamb chops basted with red currant sauce
• Roasted beef tenderloin with portabella duxelles and bearnaise sauce
• Provimi veal loin stuffed with veal and spinach with morel cream
• Choice of rice, potato, pasta, seasonal vegetables
Forth Course:
• Ronnoco fresh brewed coffee, cream, sugar
• Chocolate pate with pistachio sauce and brandied berries
• Chocolate and Kahlua creme brulee with anglaise and mint-berries
• Raspberry and Drambuie cheesecake with trio of sauces
• Cost per guest: $48.50
• Labor cost based on 12 guests: $250.00
• China, glassware, flatware, napkins if needed $5.50 per guest
• Sales tax of .07616 will be added to total bill
• Payment is due in full at the event
