Choose one from each course:
First Course:
• Chicken and wild mushroom bisque with sherry
• Puff pastry with ragout of wild mushrooms and roasted chicken
Second Course:
• Grilled chicken Cesar salad with sourdough croutons, gruyere cheese
• Field greens with wheat berries, lingonberries, duck confit, asparagus spears tossed with
raspberry vinaigrette
Third Course:
• Spice crusted chicken with roasted garlic gravy and fresh sage
• Molasses grilled duck breast with creamed dates and port wine
• Roasted turkey spiral stuffed with portabella mushrooms, spinach, feta cheese with
roasted red pepper sauce
• Choice of rice, potato, pasta, seasonal vegetables
Forth Course:
• Ronnoco fresh brewed coffee, cream, sugar
• Cappuccino mousse cake with fresh berries and chocolate sauce
• Bananas napoleon with puff pastry triangle, caramel sauce and chocolate
• Old fashioned carrot cake with caramel sauce
• Cost per guest: $43.75
• Labor cost based on 12 guests: $250.00
• China, glassware, flatware, napkins if needed $5.50 per guest
• Sales tax of .07616 will be added to total bill
• Payment is due in full at the event
