shrimp skewer with Dijon roasted red pepper
• Thyme toast with mashed potato, honey and oak smoked pork tenderloin with lingonberry
and port glaze
• Angel hair pasta with roasted tomatoes, reggiano and fresh basil
• Horseradish encrusted Salmon pan-seared with Champagne
• Rosemary skewered chicken with lemon, caper, Chardonnay glaze and sided with
cranberry-pear chutney
• Ragout of shiitakes, portabellas, morels, porcinis roasted with Zinfandel
• Spring field greens tossed with creamed brie and topped with mandarin oranges,
strawberries and toasted pinenuts
• Gorgonzola crostini layered with herb roasted beef tenderloin and drizzled with truffle oil

• Ronnoco Vanilla decaf with cream, sugar, equal, chocolate stirrers, cinnamon, nutmeg,
sprinkles, cinnamon sugar
• Build your own crepe bar: cinnamon crepes
• Bowls of sliced strawberries, blueberries, diced pineapple, diced cantaloupe, sliced
banana, raspberries, chopped mint
